RETURNS

Sirens guarantees that our hair extension are free from any defection. A change of mind will not be considered as a reason for return. If your product is received damaged or defective we will be happy to replace the item. To get a replacement the order along with the original packaging must be returned to Sirens along with the order number or customer details. It is recommended that you return the item by Registered Post or another method that involves insurance, signature and optional tracking.

We accept no responsibility for non-receipt of returned items. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their delivery agent for non-delivery information on returned items.

Once examined and if found to be defective we will replace your order with an identical product/s. The product return will be sent by Registered Post to the return address supplied or if no address is supplied, to the delivery address on the original order. A signature will be required at the delivery address.

Damage During Installation

We are not responsible for any problems with the products that have occurred after or during installation, colouring, wearing, maintenance, removal or any kind of use whatsoever! We have supplied a guide on ‘How to Care‘ for your hair extensions.

Cancelling An Order

Orders can be cancelled at customer’s request for a full refund on the same day of the order ONLY. Orders cannot be cancelled at any other production time. We will not issue refunds for any refused order shipments.

The Quality of our Hair is the best money can buy, but please understand the reasons for our strict “return policy”.
